Prior to founding Naurdel, Mr. LaMendola held the following positions:

• Engineering manager at API Controls, a manufacturer of motion control equipment specializing in motor control electronics.
• Senior Design Engineer at API Controls, with product line design responsibility for API's line of digital servo motor controllers.
• Senior design engineer at Moog Inc., a manufacturer of motion control equipment including controls for servo motors and hydraulic servo valves.
• Member of technical staff at Bell Laboratories where he designed consumer telephone products which were sold by AT&T.
• Partner in Dicris, a startup development company which produced the Electronic Flyswatter, a consumer product.
• Partner in Paragon, a startup development company which produced the TV Buster, a consumer product which limits the amount of television that can be watched on a particular TV set.

Mr. LaMendola has extensive background in electronic design including motor control electronics, power electronics, low cost product design, analog and digital design. In addition Mr. LaMendola has experience in RF design, microprocessor firmware design, UL and CE compliance, project management, system design, and engineering management.

Mr. LaMendola is a graduate of California Institute of Technology with a Masters degree in electrical engineering and SUNY at Buffalo with a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering. He is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
